If you begin an application for insurance, additional information is collected as required by the carrier, including date of birth, government identification numbers, health information and financial details. This website collects basic technical information automatically, such as browser type, device type, referring page and pages visited. Appointment booking on the contact page is provided by Calendly, whose own privacy policy applies to the information you enter in the booking widget. ## How I use it To respond to you, to prepare and deliver the services you requested, to submit applications you have authorized, and to meet legal, regulatory and carrier requirements. I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with the insurance carriers and service providers necessary to deliver what you asked for, and with regulators where required by law. ## Communications and text messaging (SMS) If you provide a phone number you consent to be contacted at that number about your request, including by text message where you have opted in. Messages are sent by Lighthouse Legacy Strategies from a standard 10 digit local phone number, not a short code. Messages may include appointment reminders, responses to your inquiry and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
